Programme Overview

Digital Economy has unlocked new opportunities for entrepreneurs to create new business models, wealth, innovate and create value using data driven platforms. Digital Entrepreneurs Leadership Academy (DELA) is designed as a specialised Training Programme for those with passion to become digital tech leaders and create new business venture leveraging on digital technologies. DELA is a practical, project based course with the objective to create business leaders.

Under a flexible 10 weekends of learning, focused laboratory, case studies and interactions with established digital tech entrepreneurs, participants will be taken through entrepreneurial mindset, digital strategy, creating and launching a start up digital business, pitching, networking, digital marketing, regulatory and professional standards, critical thinking and innovation, global digital market place, funding platforms, development of a business plan among others. Each participant will be expected to develop a digital business plan in course of the programme.

Target

Emerging and established tech entrepreneurs.

Class size

Each class size will be a maximum of 35 participants.

Application

Call for applications from prospective applicants will commence in February and close on 30th April of every year. Application must be accompanied by 3 referees report. Prospective applicants are encouraged to get more details on the DLI website before applying.
