Leadership Fundamentals Programme (LFP)

Programme Overview

The mission of LFP is to enable Post secondary school students that have demonstrated leadership and service ability, achieve their full potential by exposing them to leadership training and leadership challenges. The idea is to create a pipeline of visionary, morally upright, courageous, and innovative future leaders, from among the students, who will serve as agents of change in their communities and society at large.

Students who complete post secondary education are most likely to play leadership roles in their various communities and society. Unfortunately they are often not equipped for leadership as there is nothing in our current academic curriculum that prepares them for leadership roles both in school and outside the school. The LFP is designed to fill this gap and equip future leaders with essential leadership skills to face the most pressing leadership challenge they may encounter.

LFP is designed as a five day intensive training, simulation, case studies, group assignments, mentor matching, personal development lessons, self assessment, networking and outdoor activities. Aside from the five days programme, participants will have access to a wide range of leadership resources through an alumni network throughout their leadership development process.
