Women in Leadership Programme (WILP)

Programme Overview

Among the several dislocations in the world, the continuous relegation of women ranks top even as remedial initiatives and actions are pursued by sundry fora. In industry, the public service, politics and other endeavours, executive authority and power has remained largely exclusive to men despite proven competencies of women who have just as much education, on-the-job training and professional exposure as their male counterparts.

For the reason of closing the leadership gaps WILP is conceived. This 2-3 day programme is designed to explore the challenges and opportunities facing women leaders today. It aims to empower female leaders and unlock their potentials, groom and promote the potentials of women for greater leadership roles. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills, experience and network needed to have and exert greater influence and impact within their spheres of authority. It will combine experiential learning, case studies, group work, mentor sessions and workshops.
